Father’s Day is Sunday, June 16th this year.
The Bible agrees that we should set time aside to think on and give honor to our Fathers.
‘Grandparents have the crowning glory of life: grandchildren! And it’s only proper for children to take pride in their fathers. ‘ Proverbs 17:6 TPT
Our fathers are often the one who sets up the morality of our lives which determines the person we became. The book of Proverbs teaches us to not forget the “landmarks” [teachings/morality] which our fathers have set up in our lives. How much we need to respect and honor our Fathers.
Proverbs 22:28 (KJV) Remove not the ancient landmark, which thy fathers have set.
